Order Cancellation Conditions
To ensure your order is processed efficiently, we have established specific timeframes for cancellations:
- Within 48 Hours (Unshipped): If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it and the items have not yet been shipped, you may cancel the order directly. We will process a full refund.
- Over 48 Hours or Shipped: If 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been dispatched (regardless of the time elapsed), we cannot accept a direct cancellation request. In this case, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items to your address. Once received, you may contact us to initiate a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Order Cancellation Process

Refund Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed (or the return is verified for shipped orders), the refund will be credited back to the original bank card account (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase. We do not refund to alternative payment methods or third-party accounts.

Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different card-issuing banks, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

Order Modifications
If you need to modify the shipping address or the specific items in your order (e.g., changing the model of a desk or chair), please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order.

Requests made within 48 hours for unshipped orders will be accommodated free of charge.

We cannot modify order details if the order has been shipped or if the request is made after 48 hours. In such cases, the original order will proceed, and you may need to follow the return process upon receipt.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed duplicate orders for the same items, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will prioritize the cancellation of the duplicate order to prevent unnecessary shipping, provided the request is made before the items are dispatched.
