Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Return and Exchange Validity Period
You have 45 days from the date you sign for the receipt of the goods to request a return or exchange. If 45 days have passed since the receipt of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return and Exchange Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Appearance Issues: The product has visible defects, scratches, or damage upon arrival.

Quality Issues: The product has structural failures or functional defects affecting its use.

Sensory or Discrepancy Issues: The product emits a strong odor, has severe color differences compared to the description, or does not match the product description/images.

Incorrect Item: The goods received do not match what you ordered (wrong model, size, or type).

No Reason Return (Change of Mind): We accept "change of mind" returns. For these returns, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Approval: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the return address.

Ship Back: You need to send the product back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive the item.

Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product to verify if it matches the situation you reported. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange your refund immediately. For more information on refunds, please refer to the Refund Process section below.
Exchange Process

Approval: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the return address.

Ship Back: You need to send the product back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive the item.

Inspection and Dispatch: Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange the new product within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new product is 7-15 business days. We will ship the new item to your address. For more information on shipping times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original Bank Card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment.

Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days. If the refund is overdue, please contact us for assistance.
Fee Rules

We Cover Shipping: If the return or exchange is due to product appearance issues, quality issues, odors, severe color differences, or incorrect items sent (issues caused by us), we will bear the shipping costs.

You Cover Shipping: If the return or exchange is for "No Reason" (Change of Mind), you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Return Label
To facilitate your return experience, a return label is included inside every package we ship. You may use this label to return the items to us.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for any damage or defects resulting from improper assembly, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or modification of the product by the user. We ensure that our handling of your personal data during the return process strictly adheres to privacy principles.
Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled immediately. You will need to follow the "No Reason Return" process after receiving the goods.
Items Damaged in Transit
While we take great care in packaging, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If you receive a package with visible external damage, please take photos before opening it. If the item inside is damaged, contact us immediately as per the "Return Process."
