Welcome to Cosyvalente (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). We are dedicated to providing high-quality children's bookcases, study desk and chair sets, and table and chair sets. Please review the following terms regarding the shipment of your order.
Delivery Areas
We currently support delivery throughout Australia. We do not support delivery to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: For orders of AUD 100 or more (inclusive of AUD 100), we provide free shipping.

Flat Rate: For orders under AUD 100, a unified shipping fee of AUD 10.99 will be charged.
Taxes and Duties
All taxes and related fees are fully included in the product price. You do not need to pay any additional fees or taxes upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 6:00 PM on business days will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment after the order confirmation.
Transit Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated total transit time is 7-15 business days. Please note that transit times may vary slightly depending on your location within Australia (e.g., metropolitan vs. regional areas).
Logistics Carriers
To ensure your furniture arrives safely, we partner with reliable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.
Order Tracking
After your order has been placed, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to query the status of your order.
Liability Statement

Product Damage or Loss: If your children's furniture arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before the product is shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to intercept or modify the shipment.

Delivery Address and Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Signing Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging of the furniture sets. If you notice visible damage, please note it on the delivery receipt before signing or refuse the package. We recommend taking photos of the package condition for record-keeping.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier attempts delivery but no one is available to receive the package, a notice card may be left with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect the package. It is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier within the specified timeframe to avoid the package being returned to us.
Unexpected Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, external factors beyond our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or transportation strikes) may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if significant delays occur.
