    • Orders under 100 AUD: A flat shipping fee of 10.99 AUD applies.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Conditions:

    • Within 48 hours of placing the order: If the order has not been shipped, it can be cancelled directly.

    • Over 48 hours or Shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled if more than 48 hours have passed or if the items have already been shipped. In this case, please wait for the logistics delivery to arrive and then contact us to initiate a return for a refund.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

  • Arrival Time: Once the refund conditions are met, the funds will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment. Depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card institutions, we estimate the refund will arrive in 1-5 business days. If it is overdue, please contact us for assistance.
